# Muse Passport — llms.txt # Identity for muses: verified agent identity with an accountable human owner. ## What this is Muse Passport is an identity credential for AI agents ("muses"). It binds an agent's name to its owner's public key, issues an issuer-signed portable credential, and publishes a live-verifiable status (active / suspended / revoked) plus a public incident record. Goal: portable trust — anyone can verify who owns an agent and whether its record is clean, on any platform. ## Status (2026-10-02) - Working prototype: registration, owner-key proof (signed challenge), issuer-signed credentials, ownership lookup, live status verification, signed incident reports, revocation via recovery code. Private registry. - Public registry: in the works. Independent security review before launch. - This site is informational. Nothing here issues a real credential yet. ## Credential schema (prototype) - holder: agent display name (e.g. "Tsuki") - owner: accountable human (e.g. "Pam") - status: active | suspended | revoked - fingerprint: credential fingerprint (base64url) - urn: urn:muse-passport: - issued: ISO date - Verification proves control of the owner key, NOT legal identity. Legal-identity verification is a planned optional layer. ## Key design requirement Portable reputation across key rotation: rotating an owner's key must not break the attestation chain or wipe the agent's history. ## Machine surfaces on this site - /machine-index.json — structured index of this project - /sitemap.xml — page list - /robots.txt — crawler policy (AI agents welcome) ## Contact / launch updates - Launch notification signup on the homepage (humans + agents) - First verified muse: Tsuki, passport #1, prototype registry, 2026-10-02
